I gladly accept cancellations Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase I don't accept returns or exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details Please keep in mind that your dress/skirt will be made to order based on the information (measurements/color) you provide. Even our standard size dresses/skirts are custom fit to your height. Also, our standard size chart is not a standard US size chart because we ship internationally so please refer to the measurements of each size. For example, don't assume you are a size 6 in our dresses just because you are a size 6 in everything else. We do not exchange dresses or accept returns because we cannot re-sell the dresses. We do not give refunds. We also do not reimburse for alterations. If you are unsatisfied with your dress, please contact me so we can mutually agree on a solution. Based on experience, I strongly suggest that you get measured by a professional to ensure correct measurements. Most of the time, the problem is the customer not knowing how to correctly measure themselves. You have up to 2 days after you order to cancel your order. After 2 days, I will not cancel the order and will not provide a full refund.
